And if icing isn't enough, put a cherry on top. I had two pieces of a screw arthroscopically taken out of my knee yesterday. I guess they are supposed to disintegrate into my bone but instead decided to fall out and float around the empty spaces in my knee. These two culprits are what have been causing me so much pain and grief this last month. Hopefully now that these threaded razors are out I can continue on with therapy and get my health back.
