No fun being smashed

I know what happens when you put a company’s name on your blog but I don’t work for this business so I am not afraid of getting fired. A guy from SHERWIN WILLIAMS backed into my car when it was parked on the side of the road last Thursday. I am still waiting to find out when or how they are going to fix our newly purchased vehicle. Dealing with his insurance totally sucks and I feel that they are taking as long as possible to take care of the problem. I am sick and tired of being forced to spend hours dealing with a problem of which I was entirely NOT at fault. This whole process to figure out how to get my car fixed and where I can get a rental car took over a week! So hear ye Sherwin Williams Corporate and your pitiful insurance agency Gallagher and Bassett, make this process easier for the victims of your mistakes.
