Brynn and I can now say we have eaten at all the great food establishments on Grand Turk. A few days ago we had some feathery fried “frango” which is Portuguese for chicken, a cheeseburger, and fries. The hamburger was okay, it tasted like it was grilled last week then warmed up in the microwave when we arrived. The fried chicken tasted decent but the feathers could have been plucked a little better before they threw it in the pot of grease. The atmosphere of the restaurant was friendly but could have been a little nicer if they would patch the holes in the walls and ceiling, maybe clean at least once a year, and try to get rid of the cockroaches in the dining area. Other than those minor inconveniences it was just one more great experience here in Grand Turk. Oh yeah and honestly, who names their restaurant the Poop Deck?
