Tantalizing Tuesday

Why can’t we do things for the betterment of others?

Go rent the movie Pay it Forward and then think about what you do each day. Brynn works at Zions bank and is still learning how to do all of the different transactions. A few days ago an older man came in wanting to do some complicated transaction. When Brynn didn’t understand his request she asked him to explain. He proceeded to freak out and yell at my wife, angry that she didn’t know what to do. Brynn came home that evening frustrated, angry, and depressed. Being her partner it immediately rubbed off onto me and we had a miserable night and a not so productive following day. After recuperating from this bout I realized how this all came to be and what triggered these negative emotions. I don’t remember how I treated everyone I met with that following day but I am sure that my sullen and negative attitude did not brighten anyone else’s mood. I wonder why this man acted so angry with my wife at the bank, and from whom did this vile epidemic originate?

Finally... your negative attitude has been bringing me down for years. Like the one time you walked in on me with no shirt and eating a bag of chips that had spilled onto me. OK bad example.
